School Choice Wisconsin is partnering with the American Federation for Children Growth Fund to assist schools entering the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program for the 2018-19 school year. The purpose of these grants is to ease the financial burden of joining and assist private schools in implementing technology upgrades necessary for program compliance, complete training and prepare to enroll students through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program. Schools are only eligible for this grant that will be enrolling students through the WPCP for the first time in the 2018-19 school year.
Eligibility: Private schools NEW to the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program for the 2018-19 academic school year.
Deadline: Schools may submit grant applications between now and May 1, 2018. Schools will be notified after May 1, 2018 if they have been awarded a grant through this program.
Grant Amount: Grant awards will vary from $1,000-$5000.
Grantee Requirements: Schools that are awarded a grant through this program will be required to submit a short report outlining how the funds were used and number of students enrolled in the WPCP.
